If I am ever on any kind of committee that's working on drawing up guidelines, rules, etc., I sure hope we can use something like GoogleDocs or Zoho writer. What a time saver!--members can all be contributing to the document but working on it when each member has the time--even on a home computer. And it's a good way to work on your own document, even if you aren't on your own computer. Forget my laptop? If it's on GoogleDocs it can be edited from any computer.

That said, I did have trouble working with the edits. I would have to spend lots more time with GoogleDocs or Zoho to learn how they work. I'm glad I found out about these computer tools though. If I ever need them, I know they are available.
